3rd International Conference and Expo on Biofuels & Energy, London 14-15 November 2024.

As part of the EIC Transition Soil2Power initiative, Bioo has participated in the 3rd  International Conference and Expo on Biofuels & Energy, held in London on 14-15 November.

In this conference, Antonio Solares, as Bioo´s representative, exposed the development to the development of the BiooCell, a novel concept of highly functional Soil Microbial Fuel Cell for Agritech purposes. The BiooCell will be able to substitute traditional chemical batteries for a clean and renewable power source for the daily opening of automatic watering valves in extensive agriculture.

Bioo´s participation in this Congress has brought an excellent opportunity to disseminate the technological advances and progress acquired through the BiooCell development, as well as getting in contact with leading experts in the sustainability sector, with extremely valuable feedback and advice to offer.
